- Keep lawn freshly cut and fertilized.
- Make sure all flower beds are nicely manicured.
- Trim all shrubbery, remove dead branches from trees, and remove/replace any old or dying bushes
- Clear patios and decks clear of clutter
- Dress your patios/decks up with some fresh flowers
- Keep the driveway and walkways swept & hosed clean
- Check the paint condition of the house – curb appeal matters!
